Appalling service from Telkom insurance

Monthly premiums are debited without any problem but when it is time to claim, is such a mission impossible!!! Appalling service from Telkom insurance. The Call centre agents are ***********, the calls cuts for no reason while they place you on hold, the team leaders and managers are never available. My first call was on 19/03/2018 to do a claim and was given reference TC007011 and was advise by the agent Raeeff that I will get feedback on the claim within 72 hours, since then even today 04/04/2018, my claim has not been processed. I spoke to one Karabo Lebogo yesterday and advised that the team leader Zanele Zitha will call me back which she never did.
