Appalling service from Telkom

The service I have received from Telkom has been appalling to say the least. I tried contacting via chat so many times and the chat agents just get rude and then disconnect the chat. You don't even get an email after the chats so that you can back yourself up. I also tried emailing and got no response. It's always such a nightmare to talk to someone from Telkom, they never want to hear you out and help you resolve your issue. I was debited twice this month by Telkom instead of once, the issue is still not resolved and I don't think anyone at Telkom even cares about resolving it judging from how many times I've tried to talk to them. Can't even say I'm surprised, this is not the first time Telkom employees have been some so horribly unhelpful to me.
