Appalling service from Telkom

Having moved to Lephalale, we had a Telkom ADSL line installed. Unfortunately, since early March, they have yet to deliver a wifi router. We had an old router, which no longer works. I have been to Telkom in Lephalale, and spoke to the "manager", who assured me that the problem would be sorted within a day or two. That was almost two weeks ago.... Finding somebody in a position of authority is impossible.... Hellopeter is my last resort!
