Appalling service from call centre and representatives at the PE branch

The appalling service I’ve received regarding cancelling a void contract WITHIN the cooling period… honestly disgusting. From the call centre agents have NO knowledge of how to cancel this, to being sent from pillar to post even told to physically go to the branch as they can resolve this, to be told that I won’t be assisted at the branch as well. I’m highly disgusted by your service, as a loyal customer since 2018/2019. I will be cancelling my business with you. If I had it in me to curse, oh Lord the amount of words I’d be using on this platform. You’ve definitely lost a customer.
