Appalling service - Don’t buy Telkom

Appalling service, Telkom won’t do a sim Swap for me over the phone but are very capable of issuing me a contract without even seeing me, I call in to block my SIM card and blacklist my phone and they are very capable of doing so without needing to see me in some shop but I’m told for my security I need to visit a shop to do a sim swap. How stupid is that?

I ask to speak to a supervisor and I’m told to hold because she is too busy for me, out of shear curiosity I held and an hour later I still did not speak to the supervisor who was “still busy” on the phone. I am supposed to believe that right? Shocking and down right unacceptable.

I will seriously be considering other service providers. Who wants to waste time walking in to a shop when you don’t have to in this day and age,? it’s so archaic

One whole hour and I still can’t get help or options from Telkom, you will not be getting any further business directly from me or anyone that cares to listen to me.

One less customer very soon
