Appalling service

The most frustrating and draining customer experience since Feb 2025 to date. The unauthorised debit orders and beyong appalling service from Consultants. One of them being Siphesihle, securing a sale was the ultimate for Siphesihle and he made a choice that my account be debited even after rejecting the debit order mandate.. I dont ever want to have any dealings with Telkom after I cancel my fibre controct. There are better compa ies out there who offer superior service than Telkom .

This review is in vain as Telkom does not care about or value clients.Telkom will not even read this review,for what its worth.. Appalling service is offered ..
