APPALLING SERVICE BY TELKOM STAFF AND MANAGEMENT

APPALLING SERVICE BY TELKOM STAFF AND MANAGEMENT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have requested the cancellation of my Telkom account over a month ago and to date my account remains active. You would think this is a simple enough request yet it proved to be a difficult task for Telkom's *********** staff members. I need urgent assist and not sure who to request it from any longer , my next step will probably be an escalation to ICASA
