Appalling service @ TELKOM CRADLESTONE

Worst experience ever. I app**** for a package last week Thursday. Of which I was asked to bring certain documents which I did the following day, Friday. I was promised close of deal the following Monday which I did not receive any feedback nor a call or sms at least. The following day, Tuesday I went to the store to get understanding as I needed the package asap. When I got there I was told I needed to pay R700 to a telkom account which I did later that night and sent the POP wednesday morning via email. To my surprise, today I went back to the store again, and having to find that my email was only opened when I got there (@17h00). I was so so frustrated with the fact that throughout the entire process I have never received any feedback or update. It was as if I'm nothing to them. I ended up canceling the order. My main reason for canceling my order was the attitude and service I got from a lady by the name Rebecca. As frustrated as I was with the delays and lack of communication, she had the audacity to interrupt me while I was expressing my frustration and case, with words 'don't talk to me like that' and pointed a finger. As if that wasn't enough she then literally ignored me and went about her other things.

I was so fuming. No apology whatsoever . No explanation.

I ask myself how do you trust your business with such people.

I may be a no body but some respect for your clients would really go a long way. I was even shocked to see the reviews on this platform.

In my entire years of dealing with people no one has ever disrespected me like the lady did. And to think I was bringing in buainess. I felt like my 2c is nothing to you guys

I'm still in shock.
