Appalling service and ****s!

Telkom is has the worst service!! I bought a home wifi 2 days ago at Mall of Africa. I asked the agent when will the services be activated because this is urgent. If not today, then I’d have to choose another network. He assured me that everything should be working when I get home. This wall all a lie, just to get a sale. The contract has not been activated since!!!! They weee too quick to do debit ordered and mandates but to give me the damn service I signed up for! The WiFi is still not activated to date. They give zero f****s about their customers
