APPALLING Service and Product

For a few months now my LTE internet has been terrible. My download speed has been average 10 to 15mbs. My upload speeds are anything form 0 to 0.05mbs. This makes the connection useless. I have 2 routers with the same problem. They work fine at other locations but not where i need them. I contacted Telkom call center several times and was told eventually to take both my routers in to a store. One of which is brand new "Works in other locations." my most recent call with Telkom, the lady just put me back on hold. The service is APPALLING the product is unusable and Telkom has no idea what is going on.
