Appalling service.

Have had the most apalling service from telkom. My wife's prepaid starter has intermittent service ( says no service for hours and connects then disconnects). We had to drive from Ermelo to telkom Secunda to do a sim swap.( 150km one way) We were told it would take 48 hours but from the 23rd of Feb 2021 when we went there nothing has happened. (I guess the 48 hours isnt over yet) Calling their land line number is totally a waste of time and the call centre agents frustatingly reinterate that there is nothing they can do. This line is our business line and we are losing business each day this continues. This is soo frustrating!!!!!
