Appalling Service
<p>9am today I walk into a TelKom branch in Hatfield Plaza Pretoria. The only approachable personnel was a white gentleman who said he was a Huawei rep and wasn't employed by Telkom. The rest of the idiots (Nqayi) were sour, full of attitude and most certainly did not know the meaning of customer satisfaction. TelKom your services are fantastic, but your face to face customer interaction stinks like a rotten Rat.</p>
