Appalling service

<p>good day I am having serious trouble since moving my adsl line from axxess to telkom. You sales agent firstly puts through the service without any confirmation. Your Telkom engineer has come through 4 times to setup the line. I am am paying for the Telkom line for the last 2 months and Telkom still has no record of the line nor does the line work.</p>
