Appalling Service

<p>I app**** for a telkom mobile deal on the 19th of August 2016. It took a week before i got a call back and my order was placed. My account was debited and for 2 weeks absaloutly no response. Until i managed to get through to an agent. Bear in mind its easier to ge a hold of the US president than getting a call centre agent from telkom. Anyway apparently there was no stock of the device (How typical). It would have been great if you let me know. The agen said i would have my device delivered in 2 days (this would have been the 6th of September, guess what i am still waiting for my device. i tried the call centre and even was on hold for 30minutes with no reponse. This is seriously ridicolous. You are a company which is rated by your service and to treat your customers like dogs is disgusting to say the least. I will never and i mean never use telkom mobile as a service provider again, no matter how cheap you are. even if you say its see i wont bother.</p>
