Appalling service

Me and my partner did a cellphone change of ownership in rosebank mall and we were told call the call center will transfer the insurance and we've getting the run around for two months, call centre says the branch is suppose to do it, and the branch says the call centre is suppose to do it. It go to a point where we decided to cancel, now we told cancellation takes two months, they expect us to still pay for two more months after the hell they put us through
