Appalling service

I hope someone can assist me. I ordered a 40mb adsl line order number *** On the 10th of June roughly. I was informed 40mb line would be unstable and requested a 20mb line and to put the order through.

The 1st of August i phoned in again to find out what's going on and why no one has arrived to do the installation. I was then informed by the consultant that the original order was canceled. I then re app**** for a 20mb line this time i was told to pay a deposit. So i went through the entire process again paid the deposit and got a new order number. ***. It's now been 3 months and counting since the original order and still have no line installed. I was informed the line would be installed on the 19th of August (passed monday) yet no one arrived. This morning i contacted telkom again to find out what's happening. I was informed it would be installed today. Later today i received another phone call from telkom informing me that there is a problem with the line. Now i took both the 19th of August as well as the 20th off from work to be here for the installation. Now after all the calls being told it would happen today only to yet again be let down by telkom.

I want my line installed ASAP. 3 months and counting and yet after paying a deposit telkom is still a no show.
