Appalling service

Seriously NOT impressed with Telkom!!!! My landline account was never closed, so they merrily kept adding subsciptions. Have mailed them on numerous occasions, yesterday went to a Telkom shop where I could not be assisted then had a agent call me. Spent over an hour on the phone with him and he was going to send me a case number - still waiting for that to happen...

What am I supposed to do???????????
