Appalling service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’m completely appalled by the services provided by Telkom especially however inconsiderate they are about how their actions would affect one daily life. I am not certain why such a big company like Telkom who hired *********** consultants who do not know what the heck they get paid to do. I had cancelled my contract with Telkom however I was still making use of the some of the service. At end of April they billed me and my account was completely settled. To my surprise upon checking my credit bureau I am listed by TELKOM MOBILE. I called the call centre and was advised that the account was settled. The agent advised she would put through a paid up letter request with the credit department so my name can be cleared. However till this day my name has not been cleared and due to this inconvenience my credit score has been effected. I have been given run around by several agent and Team leaders whom had promised to call me back to have the issue resolved but nothing of the sort has been done. The agents and Team leaders in question are Dezonique Elias, Sanelisiwe Mawong, Zolani, Thabiso, Jason, Tshepo Mo***eng and A Hendri who clearly have no regard for customer service. I would like for this matter to be resolved ASAP before legal action is taken
