Appalling service

I am actually not surprised to see all these complaints about Telkoms terrible service. Your utter lack of customer service is appalling. We are still waiting for a call back from Kaelin Frederick since 8/2/2019. Sipiwe Luthuli promised that he would call with the hour, that was 12:45!! Nomfundo Ndimande's lack of willingness to assist clients makes me wonder how this company is still in existence. Your service makes me sick to my stomach. Customer service is a really simple concept people. It's your actual job! You are consumers to and I'm sure that you don't appreciate the same type of awful service you give your clients!
