Appalling service
Cancelled my internet and telephone line to be effective end of October 2017. Gave notice in July 2017. They cancelled all services without notice on 24 October 2017. Surely if you pay for the month you get the service till the end of the month which is the 31st October 2017.

08 Nov 2017, 06:06Hi Illhaam, please note that nobody ever even so much as contacted me.. and that the service was never re-instated. I did cancel my contract as of end October 2017 because of the terrible service I have received and they cancelled my service on 24 October. Meaning that I had no landline or internet. Which in my knowledge is *******. But can you believe it this morning I received a bill for November 2017. What are you guys thinking.. please respond to me before end of business today. I cannot believe this service..
