APPALLING SERVICE !!!!!!!!!
<p>I have have been dealing with a sales consultant that came and saw me at my place of work mid March 2016. He offered me a very nice deal on a cordless wifi for R 199.00 pm. I completed relevant details and gave them supporting documents. I was told I will received my Wifi device within 2 weeks. Eventually after nearly a month I contacted them to follow up what is the delay. Then was informed the one sales consultant has left and i must please resend all paperwork. Not being to happy about it I gave them another chance and resend all once again. It was said it will be all sorted out with in 14 days. NOW once again 14 days has come and gone and nothing.</p> <p>I have been trying to reach the consultant, but not answer. I have called Telkon directly and been on hold over an hour each time where i eventually put the phone down.</p> <p>Service is absolutley SHOCKING!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
