Appalling service

Telkom is absolutly appalling. I app**** for a cellphone on contract over ago and to date i still have not received my package. I published a review about this matter a little over a week ago but trust me that never shook them even one bit. They never contacted me or responded to the last review. I called telkom numerous times last week and i never got through to anyone to assist me with the matter. Instead i got tossed around from one department to another and was given so many numbers to dial and select options that were just requesting authentication codes which i never got from Telkom. Only these codes will grant me a chance to speak to a consultant, but since i do not have them then i will not get to speak to anyone in the contracts department. I have no choice but i am going to summon my lawyer for this.
