APPALLING SERVICE!!!!

I would like to express my shock on the service in your branch at Festival mall kempton park after I was told to stand in a long que while 35weeks pregnant! I was informed that a pregnancy is not an illness or a disability "branch manager's orders" what kind of service is this that u give to your clients!!! There are no seats while I wait for my turn on a motionless queue!!! Must I go into labour before anyone in this branch prioritizes pregnant women? An hour later I'm still on my feet and no assistance, what on earth?????
