Appalling sales and service

I have been waiting on the phone for over 20 minutes to get some information on Telkom's Mobile LTE offering. They don't seem in a hurry to sell this product. I have also emailed them with no response.<br> I would actually like to have this service installed in my home. <br> One of their competitors AfriHost answered my call in a minutes, provided me with all the necessary information and could not have been more helpful.
