Appalling product and shocking service

<p>We are appalled by our intermittend and slow LTE connection. In the year we have had the 'service' our line has been consistently slow with speeds way under 10mb/s and nowhere near the speeds of up to 80mb/s as promised and advertised by Telkom. The upload speed is a disaster and does not even reach half a mb/s! The operator we spoke to was shocked when we reported the slow connection, but Telkom has still not sent out a technician to investigate after months of calling in to complain! If anyone is reading this TELKOM DOES NOT honour their promises and will continue to treat their paying clients poorly. We have called in over 10 times to change our address and it STILL has not reflected on the system. Shocking service and a terrible product, we will never use Telkom again! We gave them one star because there were no negative star options. I feel absolutely cheated by this company who takes your money and does not make good on its promises. </p>
