Appalling maintenance of telephone service

<p>On the 15th of August I reperted that my land - line was out of order. Nothing happened, so this morning I telephoned 10210 to ask bout progress. I was informed that the technical branch had reported that tha fault had been cleared - but it had not! The problem still exists as I write this review. The same fault has occurred several times before; Telkom seem unable to do lasting repairs. This is really bad, Telkom.</p>
