Appalling customer service.

I am having the same issue as the below link as we are in the same area (inanda glebe, inanda) surrounding areas have network coverage for the past two months no service. I've made numerous calls to Telkom with case numbers but no communication, I am on a contract and can't use the services that Telkom is gladly debiting my account for, if this is not the definition of ***** and theft then I don't know what is, the sooner I can cancel this ********** situation the better and I am not paying for sh*t.
