Appalling customer service experience

Telkom may have cheap rates but it’s really the worst network you can possibly be on, they’re iinefficient and so nonchalant about customer service. Calling their customer care like is just a waste of your energy and time honestly if you’re not made to wait for the longest time, you are frustrated by the poor line and noisy background. Absolutely appalling.
