Appalling customer service

For a first time experience I must say I am extremely disappointed with Telkom's lack of customer service. I recently took a mobile contract with them. I received my first statement and the name on it is not mine, the address is also incorrect. I cannot imagine how these could have been incorrectly captured when I submitted all my documents for vetting. Getting hold of them has been a nightmare. There is no human contact and the self service number has no related option, their options keep going back to the main menu. I am struggling to get these updated. I have never experienced such incompetence with any other company.
