I give Telkom a - 10. What faecal service you give. The *****, lies, and utter lack of customer service puts you at the top of unfavorable Customer service chains. I recommend to all Wishing to purchase any type of contract to look around first. I would strongly recommend RAIN.CO.ZA. Telkom is like the ZA government right now. *******ion at its worst. So dissatisfied. Telkom billed me an additional R500. 00 without providing proof of usage, and to top it all off I returned the sim card to the store long before I was charged for the alleged purchase.

Do not get Telkom.
