Appalling customer service

The customer service on the incident which occurred on my Telkom account has been appalling to say the least, everytime I call there is no feedback on an incident which was reported more than 6 weeks ago. The branch where the issue occurred they are fami**** with the circumstances of the account but I am getting no where fast as the weeks go by. This is just ridiculous, no sense of urgency for customer query.
