Appalling customer service

End of Oct i agreed on a huawei P8 Lite with an agent by the name of Elaine from Mondo, and she confirmed that after the admin fee had been deducted thereafter the device would be delivered within 14 working days. and I subsequently agreed ab 1st an sms was sent to a number i had not given the consultant, i thereafter called an followed it and sorted it. 2nd, the device that I agreed has been changed to Y6 and I was not consulted to this change. 3rd, its been 16 days and the device has not been delivered to me. Iam outraged at the service that i have been getting thus far and in my case its me calling them none stop and nothing on their side as service providers. How can a formal agreement be changed without the permission from all the parties and quiet frankly this is unacceptable especially from a service provider. Only thing iam requesting for is that the initial agreement to be honored. I do not want the Y6 but the P8 lite 2017.
