Appalling Customer Service

Worst experience received by Telkom this week. Agent completed a sale on his side without me providing all the needed paperwork??? Then they tell you someone will call you for security questions because the agent at the store cannot speak English or understand your answers and tell you you failed the questions asked??? They they try and call you on a 'No Number' Who answers that these days?? True caller will tell us your calling Telkom and we are expecting your call so we will answer. When going back to a store to tell them you missed a no number call they just re-submit your request and say they will call you again or they try and give you a number tho call, but the number does not exist. Do you want business Telkom????? Called this morning to check on the status of the case number and the agent tells me oh they will send you an sms, please call back on Monday to follow up if your account is approved and if not to keep following up until its done... Where's the customer service here Telkom?? Did you miss that chapter of your Training Manuel? Email and sms's to say 'account approved' goes a long way in this world... When I said this is unacceptable customer service I received a very Sarcastic thank you and she cut me off.... The only thing keeping this customer is the deal you offer, definitely not your service.
