Appalling Attitude from consultant

I would just like to express my disgust at the appalling service me and me elderly mom (pensioner) received from the consultant Lesley Matthews at the Telkom Direct store in Promenade Mitchell's Plain!<br> <br> We merely went to ask how the pensioner's discount is app**** to my mom's Telkom service as another consultant there (he was not present today) told us about it when we went to activate our adsl line in last year to which she ask my mom's SASSA card and we rep**** that its not SASSA but rather she's an ex Department of Health employee and that it falls under government pension.<br> <br> She rather abruptly rep**** that government employees only receives discount at age 70 which we understood. I asked another couple of questions regarding adsl and power over my mom's account.<br> <br> She basically BARKED back at us explaining that I (her son) has to get power of attorney for these privileges which we also understood, but at that point my mom got up and left cos it felt like she was speaking to us like we were 3 year old creche children, also noting she did the same to a african client just before she helped us.<br> <br> We were disgusted that 30+yr client of theirs received such appalling service and left!
