Appalling attempts at collecting funds ********ly

Telkom has again being harassing us for "cancellation" fees for a service THEY cancelled!!! It's is BEYOND APPALLING and constitutes theft. Or attempts at, at the very least. They did away with their copper / fixed line / ADSL services - all but forced us to move to fiber and then expects close to a R1000 cancellation fee from us, when we were quite happy with our landline. Appalling. And another great example of a failed state owned company.
