APPALLING AND RRIBLE CALL CENTRE SERVICE from GOVENDER!!!

I honestly love Telkom but the service I have received from the call Centre section by a lady whose surname is Govender, I can't remember her first name is appalling. She is so unprofessional and rude and speaks to clients as if she is scolding her children.

With her behaviour it leaves a sour taste in my mouth.
