Appalling!

I have sent a request for Telkom to contact me for a new contract (4/09/2019). I get contacted after 48 hours (6/09/2019) by a rude woman ( Phumzile Kubeka) who does not listen to personal details as well as can’t understand information that I already loaded onto the system. Due to lack of communication s****s she sends an email requesting more information (work address) I sent the reply on the same day and here I sit with no response or follow up call. Pathetic service!
