appalling
I took out a cellphone contract to the value of R500 with telkom mobile for a Sony Xperia Z2 and only had it for 3 months until the screen cracked in my pocket. I asked if there was a warranty they sent it in for inspection and I got a report back saying\warranty cease! Physical abuabuse- REPLACEMENT OF adhesive Panel back
