Appalled by your service and customer care.

Telkom has really gone down hill. Your customer care relations and communication are appalling. Which is ironic for Telecommunications company. Our number has been cut for the 2nd time in less than a year as in, it doesn't exist anymore after disconnecting our line for apparent outstanding bills which we were not informed about before disconnecting line. But when calling to query, the 'help' received was everything besides that. The money was paid just so we could get it activated again but apparently once again not received payment and discover today that the line doesn't exist. You have this shoddy attitude of we the client need you more than you need us but with how the company has been going you need us more than we need you... I want this fixed and the money paid should be reimbursed just for the huge inconvenience alone.
