Appalled by the level of Incompetence at telkom

I would not advise anyone to take a contract with Telkom talk about Incompetence no one knows what's happening with your account. such a big company fails to track a refund that was issued on the 4/12/2019 till today I still have not received my money back. I call every 2nd day am told we are still unable to get hold of the department that did the refund WOW. I sent my bank statement to prove that I did not receive the funds still no feedback. I'm shocked and very much disappointed at the level of incompetence of such a big company Telkom. My ref number is ***2. I will be talking this matter further.
