Appalled by TELKOM customer service

I am absolutely appalled by the customer service Telkom is offering. I have called and email on multiple occasions for their system to be updated as I have paid my account in full yet nothing has happened. They have just been emailing me with reference numbers. Surely it takes a few minutes to check your system to locate a payment and update it.
