Appalled and Frustrated by Telkom's Lack of Action

Telkom has been our preferred choice as a form of contact due to the stability and reliability of a landline. But now I am forced to look into other options and even their competitors. This is now the third week of not having a working landline despite having the call being logged twice. As a family we cannot afford the risk of not having a reliable line of contact to our residence! I am gobsmacked and extremely frustrated at Telkom's lack of integrity in ensuring maintenance of their line. I planned to take on a new Wi-Fi contract, but if this is what I can expect ito. Telkom's after sales service, I will most certainly reconsider all future transactions with Telkom.
