Appaling service from Telkom

<p>I am seriously appalled at the level of incompetence Telkom have. Last week Tuesday I ordered a cell phone and was told it would be delivered within 3 business working days. I haven't heard anything there is no reference no or email or even contact number to follow up on. On Tuesday afternoon I received a call from a lady who said my phone would be delivered the following day. Nothing has happened to date. I have been trying since yesterday to call and follow up but I keep going through to the wrong number. Yesterday I spoke to Thabsile in Durban who promised her manager would phone me back nothing has happened. This morning I help on line for close to an hour and when I eventually went through was told its the wrong department. I went though to an Anastatia Ashondols and she blatantly refused to let me speak to her manager. I am seriously annoyed and irritated at the way this whole thing has been managed. No one has tried to even make an effort to call and explain whats happening to me.</p>
