Appaling service

On 12/01/2016 I reported the company fixed line out of order.I received a ref 76CTK120116.To date I have had no response.<br> On 3/2/2016 the internet service appears to have been cancelled.Calling 10210 or 10217 from cell phone is a nightmare and expensive<br> I am now totally without any means of communicating with my clients, nor are they able to contact me.I now have to rely on cell phone which is **********ly expensive.<br> My Telkom account is paid religiously every month for a service that I can no longer utilise.<br> <br> This is by far the worst service I have ever experienced.
