Apolling Telkom service at Maponya Mall

This Telkom brunch has an apolling service , they even let the elderly stand for hours with out prompt assistance or deligation . There's no one helping clients at the door regarding thier inquiries . Customers stand in a wrong queue for a long period of time before being attended to , to be only sent to another queue . Please assist with improving their service .
