Apauling service of the century

I've never had such an apauling service from Telkom the worst ever I took a 24 months contract with them in 2018 now in Feb contract supposed to end they claim I reversed the last debit order of which what sense does it make for me to reverse the last payment when I paid all 23 months spoke to a consultant rude as she was Esmerelda she even had the nerve to tell me the charge won't be removed I must deal with it honestly is this the kind of service to give to customersI told they must remove that charge I won't pay it nerve ...never never this is is a money making skeem they think they will ***** me in they business I have cancelled and I want my paid up letter and that charge to be removed
