Apauling service

I have been in contact with telkom for the past month regarding my landline and wifi not working . I lodged the initial fault a month ago and for the past 3 weeks they have been telling me that my fault was assigned to a technician and the technician will be in contact with me soon. But no luck since !!!! I then called them from Monday to today each time having to repeat myself to 6 different agents who did not Help AT ALL!!! I am so frustrated at this point and even after me explaining to them that I am not able to run my business efficiently without wifi or a landline but they do not seem to care . Might I add that they have still been taking money out of my account for a service that they are not providing me with.
