Apathetic staff and service - need more shop staff

Benoni store - terrible service! Apathetic staff - end of month queue 14 people long and only 2 staff at the desks at 14h40 in the afternoon, staff sauntering around the shop. 1st person in line has now been standing for 45min! Ridiculous - how do people who work get anything done with Telkom??
