Apalling Service from Telkom

I logged a call for a faulty line on the 05/05/2015 a, week later the call was closed without the fault being resolved. I had to logg a new cal on the 13/05/15, for the same fault. I have been following up on this since and I have not received any positive feedback , except for being put through to different people who , who basically tell me the same thing over and over. from the call centre I spoke to : William 11/05, Teddy, Serge 12/05,Jeanette 15/05 , Nomsa 18/05, Thando 18/05,Ronald 19/05. After all this my line is still dead. I'm really ****ed off with Telkom. <br> My two Ref Number are 468CRZ050515 AND 82CRZ130515.
