Apalling Customer Service

<p>So i sent in documents yesterday and i tried calling the Cradlestone Telkom shop just to confirm whether they have received it or not, 16 times already!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>what is going on???</p> <p> </p> <p>all im looking for is just confirmation regarding the documents!</p>
